Rewarding season
Andreas Mikkelsen has so far had great development and a good season for Volkswagen Motorsport. The Norwegian is becoming more comfortable in his VW Polo R WRC, and continues to work on his driving technique, notes, race and video analysis.

Andreas Mikkelsen has so far had great development and a good season for Volkswagen Motorsport. The Norwegian is becoming more comfortable in his VW Polo R WRC, and continues to work on his driving technique, notes, race and video analysis.
This season it is important to gain experience in the WRC races. During Rally Australia, Paul Nagle had to step in as co-driver for Mikku Markkula, who is off sick with a back injury. Nagle did a good job as stand-in and the Norwegian/Irish duo led after the first day and ended up in sixth place.
