The 2017 “Eugen-award” to Even Management

It’s the Norwegian motorsport press who nominates a winner for the Eugen-trophy, and this is the 25th time the award is handed out. The trophy can be awarded to an athlete, a club or organization which have achieved strong results internationally or contributed in a positive way for Norwegian motorsport. The winner also needs to be creative, innovative and willing to go new ways to reach their goals.

This is why the jury chose to award Even Management:

“The 2017 winner is a team that have helped many athletes to compete in world championships. They work after elite sports models and they are well known and highly respected outside of Norway. The team works with drivers as Andreas Mikkelsen, Anders Jæger, Ole Christian Veiby and Stig Rune Skjærmoen. They have also worked with many other Norwegian motorsport athletes, and they are the management behind this year’s world champion in rally-cross, Johan Kristoffersson. They have secured manufacturer drives for Pontus Tidemand with Skoda and Esapekka Lappi with Toyota. And finally, they managed to bring Andreas Mikkelsen back in business with Hyundai.
